Who is responsible

YTJK Systems Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through ytjksys.com. Registered in England and Wales, company number 17529648. Registered office: 15 Cowleaze, Purton, Swindon, England, SN5 4FQ. Contact: info@ytjksys.com.

What is collected

Only the details entered in the contact form: name, work email, company, role, topic and the description of the requirement. The country the request was sent from is recorded with the message. The website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking.

Why it is used

To respond to the enquiry and, where requested, arrange a discovery call and prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at the enquirer's request before entering into a contract. The details are not used for marketing and are not sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed by Cloudflare, which hosts the website and delivers the message by email, and are received in an email account provided by Google. Both providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy arrangements.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Where an engagement follows, records are kept for as long as needed to deliver it and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Rights

Under UK data protection law, individuals can request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, restrict or object to its use, and request a copy in a portable format. Requests can be sent to info@ytjksys.com. Complaints can be made to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
